Bacteria and fungi are essential to soil fertility – allowing plants to better access nutrition, improve water use efficiency and overall plant performance. Grow Safe® Microbial products have a concentration listed as Colony Forming Units (CFU) per gram. Grow Safe® Microbes are available as a coating on any of the Grow Safe® fertilisers, or as a freeze-dried concentrate for seed coating, soil drench or foliar applications.

The Grow Safe® flagship microbial concentrate, used for seed and fertiliser coating, as well as foliar and soil drench applications. Premium Ag is a freeze-dried powder for enhanced shelf-life and ease of transport, suitable for a broad range of applications in broadacre, horticulture and viticulture. The balanced blend of advanced beneficial soil bacteria & fungi include Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Azotobacter, Trichoderma and Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM). Available in 1kg, 5kg and 10kg pails.
Trichoderma Plus contains two highly active species of Trichoderma (Trichoderma viride & Trichoderma herzianum) to assist in the management of fungal pathogens. Trichoderma Plus is a freeze-dried powder for enhanced shelf-life and ease of transport, suitable for a broad range of applications in broadacre, horticulture and viticulture as soil drench or foliar application. Available in 1kg, 5kg and 10kg pails.
Grow Safe ® Microbes begin as a freeze-dried powder, and remain in-stasis until hydrated with water or soil moisture. Grow Safe® offer two main freeze-dried microbial blends – Premium Ag & Trichoderma Plus. They require no refrigeration and extended shelf life when stored in cool, dry conditions. These can be coated to cropping and pasture seed with the MicroStix polymer, or activated with water for foliar or soil drench, commonly used in horticultural applications. MicroStix is a polymer made of saponified vegetable oil, used to bind Premium Ag microbes to cropping and pasture seed. MicroStix provides an alternative to using water as binding agent, providing greater microbial longevity and coated storage up to sixty days before seeding.
Grow Safe® freeze dried microbial concentrates Premium Ag & Trichoderma Plus, and organic fertilisers Natural & Organic K, are Allowed Inputs in Australian Organic Farming. Southern Cross Certified: 22002.
Grow Safe® offer two dedicated ‘Mineral & Microbe’ products for those that value the ease of granular microbial application, comprehensive trace elements and the ability to manage their own additional (NPK) nutrients.
Spreadable Microbes is a fine granule (1-3mm) trace element product with a concentration of 13.5 million CFU/g, available in a 3kg pail, 20kg bag and bulk – ideal for residential and horticultural application.
NueGen is a standard granule (3-5mm) trace element product with a concentration of 4.8 million CFU/g, available in bulk – ideal for all agricultural applications.
